Repair, replace or leave well alone?

Hi, I need some advice. What should I do about the rust on my 1995 w124? The car will be a daily driver to work on construction sites, so it will be subject to all sorts of abuse over the next 12/18 months which is how long I plan to keep it. In case it influences your suggestion, the paint is metallic green.

I'd leave it bearing in mind the abuse it will take.

If you are not bothered what it looks like, then you could brush on some rust converter, which will turn black but will hold back the rusting process for a while.
