    Hi,
the mc3010 cd changer has stopped working in my clk55 (w209). I would like to replace it with a more up to date cd changer, or ipod connectivity, which would be easy to install.

    i would welcome any suggestions.

    many thanks.

You can replace it with another Mercedes CD changer or by pass it so it isnt used.

The genuine Mercedes ipod kit (assuming your car is MY2005) onwards works independently of the changer so you can fit that anyway. If your car is a pre 2005 model year then the Dension D2B products offer a good ipod interface.
