Spent the afternoon replacing the AC condenser on my CL500, took 5 hours in total, it only took 2 hours on a CLK 320. Anyway the two pipes that connect to the condenser where locked solid, I destroyed the threads in the nuts undoing them so now I need new pipes. MB want £200 for the pipes which im not really prepared to pay, does anyone have any suggestions as to where I could get some new ones or these repaired please.

Local hydraulic pipe specialist? There are companies that make up hydraulic pipes for forklifts, JCBs, etc and they can make anything, with any fitting, in a couple of hours
