I'm currently trying to change my gearbox on my 1993 e200 2L petrol auto with one i'm about to purchase but have a question regarding suitability.
My existing faulty gearbox has a code number 124 270 ??02 722 431 0 3282160 and the gearbox box i'm sourcing starts with 124 270 ??00 722 4
I'm told the gearbox is from a 92 e230 petrol 2L auto.
Can any one tell me if it is the same type and will it fit my car.
