Replacement front section with cat

I'm having difficulty finding a replacement front section of exhaust (manifold to 1st box) with catalyst for a 1988 LHD 190 1799cc petrol 4 door automatic.

I've tried what I think are all the usual places. The problem seems to the LHD.

Any thoughts please?
