Replacement Keys

Hi,

I need to buy a replacement key for my A-class, The car is a 99V
The key is the two button flip out type.

Can i get a replacment, and what would the cost be?
Can i only get the replacment from Mercades?

Only from MB,and cost around £150 MB will need id so take the logbook.
