replacing flat bonnet badge with an upright one?

Hi,
I have an ml and i miss looking down the bonnet at a three pointed star like i had on my old e class. does anyone know if there is an upright badge made that can replace the flat bonnet badge found on MLs and other flat badges mercs.

Hello and welcome, sadly not easy to fit the Star as this needs a hole in the bonnet to accommodate it when it folds.

It could be done by making a hole, a star is like 95 in the link

The bonnet star sits in a recess, do you have that for your badge or is it flush mounted?

i assume ML has the flat badge assuming its like other mercs - take that off and you should see (if like other mercs) that this is held on by a bolt & hole. as previously mentioned, it needs to sit in a recess.
