I have reviewed the instruction for replacing the power steering pump in a 280SE (W108) in Haynes repair book. It states that one should remove the radiator.
I checked the pump, and cannot see why one would need to remove the radiator in order to do the job. Does anyone know why the instruction says the rad should be removed?
