Hello, I wonder whether anyone can either give me some pointers or else point me in the direction of some good info sources regarding points to watch for in buying a 1991 onwards version of the 300/400SE.
We currently own a BMW 735i 1991 (please, no fisticuffs! Each to his own) However, we do hanker after a Mercedes S class.
I imagine similar things are big issues, such as gearbox, engine, aircon. But are there certain things to beware of.
Also, could someone confirm what the "W" no is for the post '91 S class, so that I can be more pro-active in searching for info?
