Reset Sunroof !

Hi All
now I maybe getting old and forgetful but.....
came out to the Merc this morning and the sunroof was in the tilt position, I dont recall using the day before!
Now when trying to open, close or tilt the glass panel only moves a fraction, then I have to press the switch again. Now this isn't a problem now, but I do like my fresh air in the spring and summer.
I seem to recall a Merc garage resetting my sunroof on our previous W203 saloon. Anyone have any helpful info?

SORRY I should have done this first !!!
Searched the threads, seems I open the sunroof and hold the switch for 10 seconds and same when shut and tilted. I'll try in the morning!
