reseting the service light problem

hi there i have just has my o4 vito serviced, i was 240 days late for my service and after the garage had serviced it he could not reset the service light its now on 313 days and its starting to annoy me bleeping every morning also when driving if i push the button to flick threw milage and stuff it freezes on one thing cant remember what it freezes on
i have owned it for 2 years now and never been able to change the time due to the freezing issue does anyone have any idea whats going on

i have tried turning ignition key 2 clicks then pressed the top left button on the speedo twice turned ignition of then pressed and held top left button and turned ignition back on 2 clicks and waited ten seconds. it bleeps but the spanners and days are still there
