Retro fit memory seats

Does anyone know how difficult it would be to retro fit memory seats to a CLS 320 CDI?

It already has electric seats.

You would need new door cards as the controls are on the doors. Not sure if the wiring is there already however I suspect it isn't. What electric controls do you already have for the seats? & is your steering wheel electrically adjustable as the memory holds that as well. Along with the wing mirrors & the auto-dipping pax mirror.
