I have just bought a 2005 W203 C320CDi which has the comand sat nav (I got merc dealer to put this in as part of deal as it only had basic stereo) but it doesn't have the cd changer which I now realise I should have got to save taking nav disc out for cd playing.

Has anyone had this done at a merc dealer and how much did it cost??

Cheers

You are looking at approx £450 just for the parts (from here) so expect significantly more from the dealer + fitting

You'll need the connecting loom and mounting bracket.

Not a big job if you are confident in taking bits of trim etc out of your car. You will need to remove the COMAND for starters..

There is a retro fit paper for doing the job if you would like it
