Retro fitting digital climate to R129

I have a 92 SL 300-24 and it just has the basic heater controls and was wondering if it's possible to replace it with the digital climate control unit? And if it is possible is it pretty easy?

Just plug and play young man, the year needs to be roughly right up to 95 I think but I can check
