Return pipe blowing off

Hi, anyone had the problem with the return pipe on the last injector blowing off,put a cable tie on and it sill blows off.

Is it not meant to be clamped ??

Try a clip of sorts , if you've got pressure issues , it'll blow off elsewhere no doubt.

Had to put clamp on until I can find out why it's coming off. Anyone ever had the same problem and can say how they fixed it be great.

A cable tie - classic. Start by pitting in the clamp that should be there.
Would also help to detail the exact car you are talking about.

I don't think there's meant to be tbh. Which direction is the flow ? Right to left or left to right ?

Not sure on the direction but it's the last injector passenger side.
