Roof bar hatch door problem.

Hi all, bit of an odd one. While fitting my roof bars, the foot had seemingly caught on the flip up hatch door and pushed down on it as I tightened the holding screw. This forced the spigot piece (that the hatch pivots on) out of its grooves. Any ideas how to refit everything? Anyone else had this?

Long shot I know :-(
