Roof carry system for R170 slk

Hi everyone i'm new to this site and new to the Mercedes ownership world. i have recentlybought a 2002 R170 slk and wanted to no if there are any luggage carrying systems for my car. I know that the new r171 slk can be fitted with a roof sysytem. can anyone let me know of a site where theses can be bought or retro fitted

never seen an slk with a roofrack,,try halfords.

What data base do you have television?

www.roofbox.co.uk have none available for an SLK
www.roofracks.co.uk : nearest match (no SLK available) is for a 2002 CLK. The set works out about £125 but not sure if they are the correct type of clamps for SLK bars.
Failing that, I would suggest trying a dealer or Ebay.



PS. I got mine quoted at roofbox and then got halfords to price match it!! (saved £25 plus a 20 mile drive - then got a free voucher for £10!!! The manager was nearly green)
