rounded head bolt

Hi all, just been trying to replace head gasketon my c180 1995 n found 2 bolts rounded out::-(
Anyway have been looking for second hand engine because mine done 175000the only problem is they are from an auto n mine is a manual is there anything i need to look out for Thanks
