Rubbish design of Mercedes regarding mixing up of coolant with oil coolers

My car radiator coolant became milky and was heating up. When I took it to mechanic, and when checked the transmission oil cooler oil was mixed up with coolant which had blocked rediator and all water circulation pipes. Now we have to replace rediator and Transmission oil cooler and clean the pipes
