RUsty Right rear quarter panel

Guys,

First post and I have a couple of questions:
- I just had some work done on the right rear quarter panel of my C250 1998 estate. Rusted area was along the tailgate and behind the right rear light.
Now that it is repaired, can I use some waxoil to protect it?

- I need a hubcap (some less than high life person stole mine), and wondered where I might be able to purchase a used one. Have not had any luck with local breaker yards.

Thanks
Dom Toni

THanks JBerks for the info.

I know a bit about the Porsche market, but not MB. Where can I find these two? Do they advertise here or ??

Thanks

Another quick thing.

As my car is an estate, and the rust has been repaired (behind the right rear tail lamp), should I waxoil the area to prevent rust from returning, or must I live with more possible rust?

Thanks
Dom

Waxoyl won't do any harm - though whether it will do any good is down to how clean and rust free it is now. Lots of red lead in my book, poss followed by waxoyl - the more protection the better!
