S class Sat nav problems

Hi.
I have just bought a S430 on a 99T. when i use the sat nav it will not allow me to put in house numbers. Does any one know how to do this? Please help me.

Try it on one of your other two mercs,It must work on one of them...........

Maybe he is older, but doesn't know how to operate a computer and put in the wrong date of birth......(light bulb pops up) I think we've solved the problem with the Sav-Nav too.....its the 'soft bit' in front of the keypad.....

Thats right pascal but it was late,that makes it worce,he says he has another two mercs as well .an SLK and i cant remember the other one,as he talks a load of sh**

i neva give my real birth date out at all. so i just use random ones.

Mine was set at 06-05-1905. It caused a lot of confusion at the time as everyone thought I was 100.:-D

So what about your other two mercs.......does the sat nav work on them....

It sounds like you have an early car so therefore have a pre DX unit which will not show house numbers
