S350-2003- Climate prob

Can anybody advise?

I have an S350 and now the Climate Control blows out Hot Air on one side a Cold on the other no matter what adjustments I make.

It could be a few things causing this.

The heater flaps could be stuck or need re-setting

The duo valve could also be stuck. It needs plugging in really.
