S430L Electrical Problems

I have a 2001 S430L and I have been chasing electrical problems around the car since I have first taken delivery. Replaced sat nav aerial after 4 yrs (£400), re-set linguatronic (£48) new drivers wing mirror (£150), ABS problem came on then went away (experienced after brake pads changed), and finally, and most annoyingly power to driver's door turned off occasionally and then comes back on afret about 10 minutes.
Am I unlucky or are these common problems?

Sorry to hear about those problems, to be honest they dont sound like common problems to me, i bought a sl320 and that was sitting on my drive with starting problems for the first 2-3 weeks.
Im sure that one of the guys will be able to tell you what the probems might be.... but with the modern mercs you will need to get it on a STAR diagnostic and see what your problems are ( this will be either at the stealers who will charge you £90 or an independent £45 but make sure that it is the same as a dealers STAR). This usually points you in the right direction of your problems.
