S500L - the BIG question

Hi Guys

Firstly please let me thank you for all the great info on this forum.

As a newbie I am hoping you could assist me...I am looking at buying an S500L which looks immaculate and is on a 51 plate, the concern I have is that it has done 167K miles and the price reflects this however should I stay clear of such high mileage?? and is there anything I should look out for? Engine wise all sounds great.

Other people will offer advice specific to your model, however to generalise the engines have a reputation for longevity, like 200k miles plus. So as long as its been serviced regularly the mileage should'nt be a show stopping issue. I would pay close attention to
the drive train, suspension and brakes though................
