Sat Nav - finding locations

Hi - has anyone experienced a "problem" with their Sat Nav where it does not recognise a location when entered ? It will however recognise it if it is entered from the map or if another attempt is made when the journey is almost complete and the destination is then nearby.

I would welcome any comments as it is driving me round the bend !

NB - I have a '99 S500.

Hi

Has command been up dated ? No cost at dealer (warrenty) if applicable
what teleatlas disc are you running (updated every year or so)
