Hi there
I have a C180 and the command sat nav system was only replaced about 18 months ago. Suddenly, out of the blue, the sat nav / map are not showing the correct current location. It appears to be out of sync and shows the current location as about 20 miles away from what it should be. Can anyone help?
Thanks

It sounds like you have lost the gps signal from the antenna. The most common cause is the antenna going down.

You can see by looking how many satalites the car car see on the display. ( the number next to the satailite icon below the map.)

Thanks for your quick response. I cant see any satellites showing. Do you know where this antenna is located (it is a C180) and how easy it is to replace?
Thanks

The problem most likely is down to the signal not being received. Get the antenna tested.
