As per the title: What is the best way for me to update the sat nav on my 2012 W212?

Main dealer will update to latest map (V19 for NTG4.5).
I was charged £99 but it was done whilst I had a service. It may be more expensive done separately from a service as the service bay will be occupied whilst the update is carried out.

The other option is to contact Comandonline in Lightwater Surrey with your Vin# and they can supply the update and Pin code you will need to validate the map.

Depends what system you’ve got - Comand or Audio 20 with Map Pilot?

Edit… may even be Navigation 20 or Navigation 50 from that era?
