My 05 E Class has the Comand system fitted. The disc is version 4.1. By the number of wrong turns etc I suspect there are newer versions or updates.

Do you just get the new disc and stick it in or is it more complicated than that.

Ive been told they are about £200 per disc from MB. Is that correct ?

Yes a new disc will automatically update your system when installed.

Have a look on the web, try going direct to the company that make you disc, it will say the name on it, might work out cheaper than mb

Speak to Alfie or Richard and tell them you are a forum member here and they will look after you and possibly discount it for you.
Their price's seem to be cheaper than Dealers.
