Satnav audio not working

Hi my satnav audio has stopped since the latest OTA software communication update. Any ideas how to restore it other than visit to dealer ? W167 GLE SUV 2020

I would “phone” Mercedes Customer Service using the “i “ button in the car. I have found them to be very hefpful and knowledgeable with such issues,
