SatNav query on new MB purchase

New to world of MB. Just bought myself a 2004 CLK 270 CDI, which is running really nicely. Previous owner has mislaid their SatNav CD for GB & Belfast 2003/2004 DX. Do I need to locate a copy of the missing CD or can I buy the very latest CD ( DX compatible I guess) and will it just work straightaway?

Just look on Ebay for a genuine late disc, just plug it in and play
