I managed to open the siren and found a triple of Varta batteries arranged as triangle in shape in series each 2.4VDC making a total of 7.2VDC 170mAh.
Can I get this from Merc dealer?
I checked Varta and Farnell, don't seemed to see any on the website.
Anyone any clue?
The circuit board in the siren seemed to be contaminted with oil, I cleaned this, maybe this is the source of intermittent false alarm.
