Hello, I have a C200 2017 with no SD card. My questions is what does an SD car do ? I need satnav and music storage. Any recommendations please ?

This will probably be the cheapest SatNav SD card around. I have used these from this supplier and they work just fine.

No it doesn’t, not sure how you do that, I have never even switched the radio on in mine

It depends on what system you have. If you have Comand, then you can play music from the SD Card as well as store navigation destinations. If you have Audio 20, then it is used for the Garmin Navigation system as long as you have that already installed in the car.

I suppose the simple answer is to stick a couple of tracks on an SD card and then see whether you have the option to play them on the head unit!

Copy any music you like on to a memory stick or flask drive and plug it into one of the slots in the central opening compartment. The memory stick also called a flash drive will then come up on the display screen if you press the media button and you can choose what you want from the list. Something like this should do the trick

I've put some music on a usb stick, plugged it into the port inside the armrest and it comes up on the command screen, select and play anything on there, just need to figure out how to pause it now!
