Seat belt extender fixture

I have a 380SEC (126) 1984 year of manufacture :cry: and the car is fitted with seat belt extenders, that dont work..Could anybody give me help on how to troubleshoot.

do they make any motion at all? neither work?

if so - the extenders themselves are prob ok - its prob the switch / fuse.

do the interior lights come on when the door is opened? if not - then its prob the sitch. if they do, its prob the fuse. in my 140 coupe the fuse is in the boot.

sometimes pulling the fuse and re-setting it re-sets the computer...
