Sorry – I first posted this in the General MB Discussion.

My E320 CDI (chassus 211) passenger seat has developed seat chuck. When you accelerate the seat rocks slightly rearward.
I have removed the seat and found the movment coming from the outboard side on the lift above the seat track.

I removed a bolt ath the problem interface that has a head, and four shoulders. The last shoulder has M10 threads.
The first shoulder has a bushing which is broken.
Also at the first shoulder is a bracket that goes down to the seat tracks.
The second shoulder mates with the seat tilt.
The third shoulder goes into a box which may be one of the seat mass sensors.
Inside this sensor is the M10 nut that threads onto the bolt.

I have found a tan colored broken bushing that sits on the first bolt shoulder.
This buhing has an estimated ID of 14.38mm thickness of 2mm, and width of 5.66mm. The dealership does not have parts in stock, and says it only comes as part of another assembly which costs $145.

Does anyone know a source where I can purchase just the bearing?

Thanks,
Matt
