Just check the price with MB first, you need a benchmark to check against. Mine was £180 from MB

Why did they only put back in 2 litres of oil? Even without torque convertor shouldn't it require 4 litres if the sump is removed? Or are W211 gearboxes levels different?

I changed my electro plate, electric plug, oil and filter on my S210 E220 CDI on my mates ramp a couple of months back. Parts wise it cost me pretty much the same but I saved on labour as I did it myself and borrowed his snap on computer to reset the ecu, easy to do but a bit messy as loads of oil. When I drained the oil only about 2 litres came out from sump plug and probably the other 2 litres after I took the sump off?
