Sensor Fault

I had new front wheel bearing magnetic ring and sensor replaced due to showing ABS, ESP, Brake fault on dash. Star was showing distace between rotor and sensor, after having these replaced it is still showing same fault. Has anyone else had this problem and how was it solved. This is on an E320 2006

Which brand was fitted, OE or aftermarket..?

did you clear the codes.

Who is using star, you or a garage. if a garage and the same garage that changed the sensor I would question their competence.

if you didn't use and OE reluctor ring its likely not to fix the fault as mattkh has eluded to above , some things need to be OE MB

Also OE Mercedes parts can be cheaper from the main dealer than aftermarket, always pays to do your homework
