Service Costs For A & B, And List Of Items

Hi

I have ran a merc Class for 2 yrs and 3 months.

Paid around 250 quid for an 'A' serive and car was still under warranty, and now the warranty has ran out - so how much should i pay for a B service?

I remember a forum member posting a list of what service A and service B comprised of - can anyone help?

Also, I have considered just having the engine oil and filter changed in approx 1000 niles and use Mobil 1 - what do you think? I done this to other cars and not really lost any value when compared to servie costs but kept the oil and filter receipts anlong with anyother bills!

It depends a bit on which Mercedes you have and from which year.

If an A is around £250 then a B will be around £400 at an MB dealer and around 1/2 to 2/3 of those figures at an inde.
