Service Counter Reset

Hi: Could anyone show me how to reset the service counter? My car (Merc E200 1997 model) has just been serviced and the service counter shows about 1200 miles for next service when I press the 0 twice.
Grateful for any help. I believe it should read 10,000 miles.

Although I've owned an E200 since 2001 I only joined MB Owners' Association yesterday, my first question was answered promptly and the reset of the service counter was as straightforward as the instructions suggested.
Thanks to everyone and especially 996jimbo for suggesting the lead.
