Service period for a 1995 C200?

Can someone please clarify the position on service periods for a 1995 C200 that has done 85000. It's not fitted with the automatic Service Notification System thingy.

I don't use it much so I average 3000 miles a year. Usually motorway or dual carriageway (major A roads) journeys as well as the trip to the shops.

As a minimum, change the oil once a year and maybe then undertake a major service every two years, ie plugs, filter etc

Personally I would want a decent service at least once a year as that way you know that your brakes etc are not going to fail etc etc.
