Had a bit of a boost issue for a while, car dropping into limp.
I called Alex and even though he was on holiday and the garage closed he talked me through issue and was able to accurately diagonse the issue over the phone.
Car was booked in for remedial work and a quote provided. I dropped the car off today and had use of a courtesy car free of charge, needless to say the work was carried out very quickly and the bill was substantially cheaper than first quoted (indeed less than Mercedes would have charged to diagnose), not only that the car given a clean bill of health and he had time to talk to me about any issues and he actually dissuade me from work that would not be required or worthwhile.
A really nice chap, very knowledgeable about all things Mercedes and someone I would thoroughly recommend,
