Side mirror heating

not sure if this is a stupid question but how do you on the heating, does it comes on when you switch on the rear screen heating. Thanks.

I think you will find it comes on automatically for a predetermined time when you start your car regardless of whether you have the rear glass on.

If you really want to know take the glass out and connect a mulitmeter to the contacts, then try it out, when you get current you know how it works. Then tell us all about it.
