Side Mirrors

Hi

My side mirrors automatically open when i open the car etc. on some occassions the drivers side stays closed, any ideas?

Listen to see if the motor is running if is, then the mirror is too stiff and needs some silicon sprayed into the moving swivel joint. If it is not, and the mirror can be opened from in the car, then it must be a software fault

Now thats a good point, still putting money on mirror head!!!

They do open ok from inside.
