A side / parking bulb went in my C class W203 last night.
Went to pop a new one in but I could not get the holder out of the headlight.
Does it twist out or just pull? Did not want to go over the top and break anything.
Feel stupid asking about bulb changing
Was trying to do it in the dark but I get used to working in the dark with my job :)

I assume your lights are the same as the latest model so use the online interactive manual:
http://www4.mercedes-benz.com/e/cars/c-class/betriebsanleitung/vertiefen/N221ED.html#N226DF

*However* it looks as though the instructions have an error - 6 is the side lamp, not 5 as it says.

ETA: Looking at it again, the instructions for the Xenon lamp version (further down the page) look a bit more likely to be right, than for the standard lamp version. (I've never looked at mine).

Is it a H6N bulb?

I have a couple of white LED sidelights if you're interested. They look ace, although they trigger the bulb out warning system (can be bypassed).

Heres what they look like. Ignore the headlamp out, that was why I took the pic:

They are the 501? small wedge type bulbs.
I did actually try an led bulb that I have in my van headlights as it would look much better with the main beam xenons but could not get it to work at all (yes I did try the bulb around both ways)
Any ideas?
