The switch bank on the door is the biggest source of problems and failure to move the seat. I do not like WD40 for cleaning switches but many use it here as the switch has a lot of springs inside. so that will be the first thing to try.

The switch bank can be removed without taking off the door card. There are two screws around the handle, remove those and the handle trim and the switch bank can be taken off.

No. it has to be injected into the switch. To be sure this is the problem, its not too much work to try the one from the passenger side, before going any further. Try that.

tried swapping with passenger control to check buzzer went of under dash did same swap in other door same buz?
