SL 300-24 Auto box issue

Any ideas why I can't select 2nd on my gearbox? The box works perfectly well in all the other selector positions but it won't allow 2nd to be selected.

I'm a bit concerned this may be linked to the farce of my pre-christmas gearbox oil change...

Do you mean that you cant select it in the quadrant

Erm, quadrant? I mean if I slide the stick across into 4th and down to 3rd I then can't slide it back across to 2nd as the detent / prevention mechanism wont' allow it.
