SL 320 Lose Wing Mirror Housing

The passenger wing mirror housing is a little lose and if knocked will not return to its correct position. I can coax it back in position but its still a little wobbly. Any suggestions?

Is it post or pre July 1998 or are they oval or square.

OK you can take the cover off to see what is wrong, the front unclips (just on the inside about 5 clips) unclip the end first. then the cover slides off.

If you want to take it off, prise off from top triangle cover, remove three screwws and un plug electrics.
