Looked at a couple of mid 2000's sl65's which were just not up to scratch and yesterday went to have a look at another. Looked nice from the dealer's piccies but got there to find the roof didn't work, the central locking had packed in, plastic trim to drivers seat had broken in half, part of the light blue trim had faded to green, front bumper had a split in it, passenger door handle was damaged, and wheels needed refurb. European import so no Uk history. Of course none of this mentioned in the advert or reflected in the price. One wonders how these dealers expect to move a car like this in what must be a very limited market. Strange. Edit sorry wrong section! Could mod move to correct one.
