Help... I've bent it!!!
I've just removed my alloy wheels and sent them off to Pristine to get them gleaming ready for the summer. (I've gone for silver powder coat, diamond cut and lacquered.)
Tragically I jacked up on more of the control arm than the control arm mount itself.
How significant will it be in the short term after the wheels are back on for safety and driving?
I can't find the part on the Russian website, what is it called - lower thrust arm or lower control arm, and is it easy to replace? Logically, should I replace the other side too, or just a set of bushes? Where do you recommend getting the bit from? Really grateful for any help or guidance...

Classic example of loading a part in the "wrong" direction. That piece is designed to be strong in compression or tension, not strong as a beam. So it bends

I believe the same will happen on an F1 car if you stand on a suspension arm

Hasn't the 129 got the 4 rubber jacking points like the 124 Malcolm?

With regards to the question of safety-ABSOLUTELY DO NOT DRIVE this car until this is sorted. If this were to fold then the car would be uncontrollable.
Even with it as it is it would be pretty nasty to drive.

Got a replacement thrust arm from GSF today, no problem :)
What's the typical torque tightening settings?
Looks straight-forward enough to swap over!
Appreciate all the comments :)
