SL280 electric windows

My SL280 drivers window has suddenly stopped dropping down 5-10mm when the door is opened. This was automatic before. Also the same window no longer goes all the way down with one press of the switch. Any ideas?

It needs normalizing.

Hold the button down on the first position. Then up on the first position. Hold the button down for 3 seconds.
