Sl300 129 Soft Top Problem

Can Anyone Help.i Have Lost The Power To The Roof Switch And Roll Bar Switch On Center Console (i.e Not Lighting Up).the Roof Was Working Fine And All Of A Sudden It Comes Back From Being Serviced And Not Working.

Your fuses for the roof and roll bar are in the boot, It has to be something simple here for both too stop, check them out.

Thanx for the info.i have already checked the fuses,except the 30amp one.other items on the listed fuses have not stopped working,very confusing.any more ideas?

The 30 amp fuse is the main fuse for the roof. Do you have a volt meter.
I can Email the 7 test pages to you.

Hello Liam / Malcolm,
Did you mannage to fix your roof probs Liam, sounds exactly the problem i had, but i changed all the fuses, so if you read my ( wot no roof ) thread, you`ll see the course i had to take.

thanx Steve,have not fixed it yet,going to have a look weekend.I must say malcolm has been of great help, sent me 15 pages of e-mails to help me out.
Will let you know after weekend if it is working.
